The first part of the process is to establish a strong relationship with the applicant. We believe the strength of the management team is even more important than the project itself. It is essential we work closely with the senior management, gain full in-depth knowledge of the project and effectively become part of the team during the funding process.

Once we are retained on an exclusive basis, we establish the funding strategy. We work with a network of highly experienced consultants, who can be introduced to the funding process, as appropriate. The consultants cover a wide range of sectors including:

These relationships enable us to provide a one-stop funding solution. The final part of the process is to prepare the funding document, including detailed financial projections together with other supporting documentation and make the submission to the appropriate funding sources. We have a range of funders whom we work with at a senior level. These include major institutions, international banks, social impact investors, private equity and venture capital sources and family offices.

We work alongside the applicant and their professional advisors through every part of the negotiations with the funders. Our task is not only to arrange the funding but also with our knowledge of the market, to ensure the applicant gets the best terms available.
