WHERE DO WE WORK?
Most of the projects are UK based, but we can consider overseas projects, including those located in Africa and South America. The ideal profile is a project that has an initial development phase followed by a long-term income stream. The preference is for projects which have a funding requirement between £50 million and £200 million. The funding can be debt, equity, mezzanine or a combination of these. However, we can only consider projects where the applicant contributes 20 per cen of the overall funding requirement.
